Biography
Dr. Frazer serves as medical director of the Child Advocacy Center at Hoops Family Children's Hospital at Cabell Huntington Hospital and associate dean of academic affairs at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. Dr. Frazier's clinical and research interests focus on sudden infant death syndrome and investigation of childhood non-accidental fatality.
